Amb. Leo E. Tiah
Founder & Executive Director
An astute youth advocate and social activist who has spent over a decade leading grassroots transformation, program design, and civic policy engagement in Liberia. Under his leadership, YOUNETPO has successfully scaled standard policy architectures and secured strategic international partnerships to strengthen fiscal accountability and sub-national community tracking systems.
William Kei
Programs & Projects Manager
Coordinates the multi-county strategy, ground monitoring, and execution of YOUNETPO's core thematic programs, civil society validation circles, and regional dialogs.
Rubel Romeo Travers
Acting Finance and Administrative Manager
Oversees the rigorous financial structures, accounting systems, budget distributions, and administrative workflows for YOUNETPO's grant portfolios. He focuses on compliance frameworks, audit readiness, and ensuring maximum fiscal responsibility for international funding awards.
Rose N. Foboi
Gender Focal Person & Procurement Officer
Drives YOUNETPO's strategic protections concerning gender-based safety frameworks, human rights initiatives, reproductive equity, and the active integration of young women into civic governance platforms, alongside oversight of procurement processes and compliance across YOUNETPO's grant-funded projects.
