What We Do
AYEAL Conference
The Annual Youth Education and Leadership Conference (AYEAL) is YOUNETPO's flagship initiative, established in 2016. It is an international platform gathering young leaders, students, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across West Africa — Liberia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and The Gambia — to exchange cultures, address youth challenges, and draft regional sustainable-development blueprints that equip leaders to drive the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the African Union's Agenda 2063.
