Key Staff

Amb. Leo E. Tiah is the Founder and Executive Director at Youth Network for Positive Change – YOUNETPO. He is an astute Youth advocate and activist who has dedicated the last 11 years of his life to service in the area of youth development through capacity building, program designs, high level representations, mentorship, coaching among others. His impactful leadership has enabled YOUNETPO to develop and implement stronger policies and set up standardize systems which has enabled the institutions to secure grants from international organizations both in and out of Liberia including: FHI360, Plan International, EANNASO (Tanzania), ACT Africa (Accra), the Global Fund, USAID, EPA, Pan African Think Tank (USA) among others.

Amb. Leo E. Tiah is the recipient of the Emerging Climate Activist of the year (2021) award, noted as Youth Advocate of the Year (2022-Accra, Ghana), awarded the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah Medal of Honor for Transformational Leadership in Africa, obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Management (PgCMgt), is a distinguished fellow of the Africa Institute of Public Administration and awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Public Administration (DPA-Honoris causa) in recognition of the meritorious achievements and service to humanity and to celebrate his outstanding commitment to advancing his field, driving innovation, and implementing initiatives with a lasting and meaningful impact.

William Kei serves as Projects and Programs Manager and is also one of the longest serving staff at YOUNETPO. As PM, leads and supervises project implementation,supports project designs, and supports the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. William has served in other roles at YOUNETPO including; Human Resources Manager, Project Coordinator and Advocacy lead.

Mr. Charles J. Goll, III is a dedicated and results-oriented member of our team. He has over 7 years of experience in finance, administration, IT systems, and NGO program support. He currently serves as Finance & Admin Manager at Youth Network for Positive Change (YOUNETPO), he manages organizational finances, ensures compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and provides ICT support. He holds a diploma in accounting from the Booker Washington Institute and a Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT) from Starz University. Additionally, he holds professional certificates in QuickBooks, Strategic Procurement, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Safeguarding, and M&E, he brings a unique mix of financial, administrative, and IT expertise that supports both organizational growth and community impact.

Ms. Lisa T. Zayzay currently serves in the capacity as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the Youth Network for Positive Change; she is currently a student at the University of Liberia studying Environmental Science and Climate Change, she hold a diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the GONET Academy, hold a Diploma in information, communication & technology from the Netlib Vocational Training Institute,; hold a certificate in leadership impact business development and goal setting with an Ambassadorial honor for climate change from the African Impact Alliance Institute; and a graduate of the Carver Mission Academy High School.

Ms. Rose N. Foboi currently serves as Procurement Officer at Youth Network for Positive Change – YOUNETPO. As Procurement Officer, she implements the organization’s procurement plans, policies and guidelines and utilizes a strategic approach to ensure efficient and ethical procurement processes.

Rose is currently one of the longest serving staff at YOUNETPO. She joined the team in 2019 as a volunteer in the position of Administrative Assistant and over time due to their quality performance she was promoted to the position of Human Resource Officer and Gender Focal Point. In these roles, she adapted to new challenges, implemented her mandate and stayed committed to advancing the organization’s mission.

She is a graduate of the Booker T. Washington Institute and studied Secretarial Science as a Major. She is currently a graduating Senior at Starz University and studies Procurement and Logistics Management.
